About Us

NC Worms & Vermiculture

We are Bobby and Glenda Hathaway.  We have four children and a ton of worms.  This adventure started out as a hobby Bobby tended to out in the garage with about 1,500 worms.  Over the last year we have grown and now breed red wigglers, European night crawlers, and meal worms.  We also harvest castings for compost.  We have produced our own worm chow called “Vermi-Delight”.

One night as we were laying in bed trying to think of business names, the word “Vermi-Poo” was invented.  This specialized blend of compost worm castings and mealworm frass is an amazing fertilizer suitable for any garden.
